As the head of the Corporate Affairs Division, she is the lead architect of GBC’s reputation, overseeing how the corporation is projected to both internal and external audiences.
Her office manages vital relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, international partners, and the viewing and listening public.
She is responsible for gathering public feedback to streamline GBC’s services and managing the corporation’s digital and traditional communication channels.

Working alongside the Director-General, Prof. Amin Alhassan, Madam Mamle Asare has been instrumental in GBC’s “rebirth” and rebranding efforts, specifically enhancing the corporation’s social media presence to reach a younger,
digitally-native audience.
She oversees public education campaigns and sensitization drives, often collaborating with other state agencies—such as the Ghana Tourism Authority—on national initiatives.
A core part of her mandate is maintaining industrial harmony by managing communication between management and the corporation’s unionised staff.
